*Student registration fees apply to full time students producing a letter confirming their enrolment status. 

Registration Entitlements

Affiliates are financial members of the IEEE and AOC.

Full registration fees (affiliate/non-affiliate/student) cover attendance at all sessions Wednesday 3 September to Friday 5 September, morning and afternoon teas, light lunches, one set of proceedings, conference satchel, and attendance at the Welcome Reception Tuesday 2 September and the Conference Dinner Thursday 5 September.

Tutorial registration fees cover attendance at the tutorial, morning and/or afternoon tea and one set of notes.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 1 August 2008 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. 

The Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control. 

Insurance  

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
